1. Diagnosis (التشخيص – at-Tashkhīṣ)
Identifying what we are dealing with and how it presents across spiritual, emotional, and physical dimensions.
2. Treatment Plan (العلاج – al-‘Ilāj)
A personalised, structured plan defining recitation, intensity, routine, and expected progress.
3. Intensification (التحجيم – at-Taḥjīm)
Confronting and constraining the harm so it can no longer operate freely.
4. Stabilisation (التثبيت – at-Tathbīt)
Reducing volatility and preventing the cycle of short-term improvement followed by relapse.
5. Fortification (التحصين – at-Taḥṣīn)
Building spiritual strength and sealing weak entry points.
